President and Founder Vivette Payne has a BA in Psychology from Western Illinois
University and a Masters in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the
University of San Francisco.
Vivette worked with FMC Corporation as a Human Resource Director and with IMPAQ
Consulting as a Regional Director and Interaction Associates as a Senior Consultant.
Her expertise includes organizational and personal development, strategic planning, and
coaching. Vivette founded the Avery Payne Group in 1994.
Now, Vivette works with organizations large and small to custom design and deliver
leadership, team, personal and skill development programs, facilitate planning and strategy
development, and design human resource systems and processes.
